Jennifer and Neal Harris Wedding Photography

Jennifer and Neal are back from their honeymoon and I couldn't wait to show you some of their wedding photos. I have too many to show you so I will blog over several days. Tonight I am blogging about the ceremony. The ceremony took place at Lady of The Lake Catholic Church in Hendersonville. We had tons of fun with the groomsmen first. We walked around and photographed the guys just hanging out and messing with Neal. Then Jennifer and Neal decided to see each other before the ceremony in order to get more photos and get to the reception as quickly as possible. Of course Jennifer had to update her facebook status before walking down the aisle. I love it! Then there was the gettaway with the party bus! What a luxury! That bus was sweet! I will be blogging their portraits next, and later their reception photographs. Congratulations Jennifer and Neal!

Jodi was the winner of a free engagement session by Shannon Jenkins Photography during the 93.7 The Fish Bridal Show. She chose Downtown Franklin for her engagements and we shot all over the town! Here are a few of my favorites. They are scheduled to be married next August up north. Congratulations guys!

Letter from a brides mother - Nashville Wedding Photography

Sweet Shannon, I must say thank you for your professionalism, talented and warm personal interest you gave our daughter Morgan Pate, for the Pate-Haynes wedding.  Thank you for creating such a beautiful night for all of us to remember.  We love all of the pictures, amazing. You didn't miss a beat or picture!!  We now get to relive the evening as you took us from the beginning to the end of a magical night.  The joy in the bridal party, families, and she with Mark, her new husband was reflected from your eyes to ours forever.  Bless you and your talents, my friend. You brought your sweet spirit, and knew how to get the fun pictures with the just the right touch.  Thank you for going way beyond our hopes and becoming our new friend in the process. This was a beautiful night and a Halloween to remember. Thank you and your family for sharing this night with us.  We are blessed.  Happily we will share your name with the highest regard.  We are the proudest parents.  Love you and thank you, Cheryl and Ron Pate

Staying Busy with Family Portraits

Well as you know, this is the time for family portraits. Many people choose to have their families photographed in the fall because of the beautiful colors and then, as an added bonus, use them for Christmas cards and gifts. There is still time to get your portrait done and back to you so you can make Christmas cards. Just give me a call and we can set a time. Also, if you have family coming in town over Thanksgiving it is the perfect time to get everyone in your extended family in the picture. I have 2 sessions open on Wednesday the 25th and 3 available for Black Friday, that is if you are not to tired from early shopping! If you are interested just let me know. $100 gets you up to one hour and 30 hires photos on CD.

Beautiful weather + Families = Family portrait fun!

We had fantastic weather for family portrait day here in Franklin, Tennessee - and tomorrow is more of the same! Yay! I even got to do Jade's portrait in between sessions. Downloaded and I'll get to them as soon as I am done editing Morgan's wedding picts. I hope everyone spent some time outside today! I'll back out to do more of the same Sunday.
